We’ve had the pleasure of working with Liberty Rock Tavern twice now for both of our kids’ first birthday parties, and they were absolutely fantastic each time! Their food truck was a hit with our guests, and the food was amazing—everyone raved about it. Brian was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make each event special. Booking them again for our second child’s party was an easy decision. Highly recommend Liberty Rock Tavern food truck for any event!
Owner Brian an old highschool buddy. It’s your quintessential neighborhood joint with good food. Service always solid and they pour a nice drink. Nice to see a bar has Canadian club still too! Haha.
Haven’t been to the restaurant but the food truck is amazing so can only imagine the restaurant is the same. This may be the best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had. Chicken was crispy but tender, served on texas toast with great condiments and a just enough heat. Soft pretzels were also great but could gave used a little more sauces for two pretzels. Will definitely be trying the restaurant.

Atmosphere: The ambiance was great and the decor really set the tone for a fun celebration. Owner: Leading up to the event, the owner was incredibly flexible and helpful. They made planning simple and were genuinely invested in making the night special. Food: The food was outstanding, and there was a ton of it. Guests kept talking about how good everything was. Overall, Liberty Rock Tavern made the night perfect. Highly recommend for any event or night out.
We hired Liberty Rock Food Truck for a company picnic. From start to finish the experience was seamless, the food was delicious and a total crowd pleaser! Brian was reliable and communicative throughout the process even as I asked to change the time slightly, he was very accommodating. I have already had employees ask to use them again which we will! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a catering option to hire the Liberty Rock Food Truck!
We went to a Pig Roast at Viking Construction and Liberty Rock Tavern catered. Excellent job. No waiting for food refills. Large selection. Ribs were amazing. Pull pork so juicy and tender. Loved the Bratwurst. And these little fired chicken sandwiches with pickles, blue cheese and some sauce some people might have passed on, didn’t know what they were missing. Yum.
